Scott Fern

After combining a job as a part-time photocopier/telemarketer with Engineering studies at University, Scott decided to embark on a new challenge and applied himself to the photocopying industry full time.

Since making this career decision more than 23 years ago, Scott has enjoyed a number of roles within RBC, culminating into today’s position as mentor to a young and enthusiastic sales team. Using his experience gathered over 20 years as one of the company’s most successful salesman, Scott is in a unique position to help expedite both the development of his sales team and the level of service they can in turn, offer their clients.

Scott’s vast experience is particularly important in today’s marketplace, considering the many challenges that organisations face due to technological advancements and the way in which these changes impact on how we do business.

Drawing from his extensive knowledge base, Scott uses recommendations founded on best practice principles to recommend client based solutions, which help to drive efficiencies and profits within his client’s businesses.
