Rick is the National Service Manager for the RBC Group and has been with the company for over 20 years. With his 30 year hands-on technical background in Office Equipment, Rick is well versed in the intricacies of providing a very high level of professional service to all clients on a national basis.
Rick understands that as the digital age becomes more complex and entrenched, we are continually being faced with the challenge of ensuring that clients always receive the most up to date service and support.
